Large Phyton Eats an Impala

Large Phyton Eats an Impala

Nature always presents a surprising event. Who would have thought, a predator could die at the hands of his hunted animal? A python caught on the camera died because of the victim's own horn. A few years ago, YouTube was shocked by a viral video of a python killed after eating a deer due to being pricked by a sharp deer horn. Unlucky.  Indeed but not all pythons have bad luck. Many pythons eventually succeed in eliminating their hunger by preying on animals whose bodies are bigger than the body of the snake itself. As in this video, it looks like this python managed to equate a deer very neatly without any injury. Well, why do you think pythons can eat larger prey?

First of all, it is a scientific fact that pythons can grow as long as 7 meters. This is a natural phenomenon for types of snake twists such as pythons. The larvae can swallow larger prey as the body grows. The bigger the body, the bigger the prey. Pythons can prey on mammals two up to four times bigger than their bodies and can even prey on humans and the only animal that can prey on humans alive is only a python because animals can only destroy human shoulder blades like phyton. The world was shocked by the incident of pythons that swallowed a 25-year-old adult human in Indonesia on March 26, 2017. It was surprising that many questions arose about the incident. How could it be? The factor that makes a python swallow a human is due to the presence of a human shoulder blade. Bones are difficult to crush by pythons of snake calibre animals. To swallow a human into his stomach, a python must be able to destroy the human scapula first. The python pyramid is exclusively consuming mammals, and sometimes reptiles such as crocodiles or most commonly deer and other similar animals.

Length of body size correlates with the strength of a snake's winding power. The stronger the power of the python winds against its prey.  So it is not unusual anymore if this python can prey on an impala or let alone a small impala. Even it could be bigger like cattle or buffalo pythons will still be able to eat it. Well, that’s how nature works. It could be surprising, it could be amazing and snakes are just a few examples of how nature could show us something weird yet super unbelievable.
